E01: Inverter Unit Protection
Fault Level: 5
Fault Causes:
1. Main circuit output grounding or short circuit;
2. Traction machine wiring too long;
3. Overheating operating environment;
4. Loose internal wiring in the controller;
Solutions:
1. Eliminate external problems such as wiring;
2. Add a reactor or output filter;
3. Check if the air duct and fan are normal;
4. Contact the distributor or manufacturer;
E02: Accelerated Overcurrent
Fault Level: 5
Fault Causes:
1. Main circuit output grounding or short circuit;
2. Has the motor been parameter tuned?
3. Overload;
4. Incorrect encoder signal;
5. Is the UPS operation feedback signal normal?
Solutions:
1. Check the inverter output side, whether the running contactor is normal; check for layer damage, possibility of short circuit to ground, and whether the wiring is secure;
2. Check if the power line has a meter;
3. 1. Check if there are any copper wires shorted at the motor side terminals.
4. Check if there is a short circuit or grounding inside the motor.
5. Check if the sealing contactor is causing a short circuit at the inverter output.
6. Check if the motor parameters match the nameplate.
7. Re-perform the motor parameter self-learning.
8. Check if the brake was continuously open before reporting a fault.
9. Check for any mechanical jamming.
10. Check if the balance coefficient is correct.
11. Check if the encoder wiring is correct and reliable. 11. Try open-loop operation of the asynchronous motor and compare the current to determine if the encoder is working properly;
12. Check if the encoder pulses per revolution setting is correct;
13. Check if the encoder signal is interfered with; check if the encoder wiring is independently routed through conduit, and if the wiring distance is too long; check if the shielding layer is grounded at one end;
14. Check if the encoder installation is reliable, if the rotating shaft is securely connected to the motor shaft, and if it runs smoothly at high speed;
15. Check if the UPS feedback is effective when not running under UPS conditions; (E02)
16. Check if the acceleration and deceleration are excessive; (E02, E03)
