1. In the manufacturing industry of escalator handrail belt, 90% of the rubber handrail belt is produced, and its main component is styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), which can be used in any structure of the handrail drive system because of its good flexibility. In addition, SBR has the characteristics of easy processing, more obvious advantages than other materials handrail belt.
2. Polyurethane handrail belt is thermoplastic polyurethane elastic rubber (TPU) TPU belongs to the recyclable polyurethane material, polyurethane handrail belt is formed by thermosetting extrusion, its luster is brighter than other materials of handrail belt, but TPU material is inclined to plastic, its flexibility, anti-aging, fire resistance is not as good as SBR.
